Initial Franchise Fee
The Brazen Head’s Initial Franchise Fee is R89,000 (excluding VAT) per unit. The franchise fee covers costs such as the franchise system organization, trademark registration and protection, franchisee selection and assistance up to opening.

Continuing Royalty Fee
The Continuing Royalty Fee is 5% of the net sales (excluding VAT) produced in the prior reporting period for the use of The Brazen Head brand name, the operating system, ongoing training and support.

Advertising Fee
Each location contributes 2% of net sales (excluding VAT) for national advertising.
